Option 3: Contact Workplace Ethics Lines
If the above options do not meet your needs, UHN offer two confidential ethics lines.
One: UHN Integrity Line. A UHN workplace ethics advisor will provide advice, answer questions and
assist in interpreting the Code. Available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Your call will
remain confidential, if requested. Call 416 340-3344.
Two: Workplace Ethics Reporting Line. 24 hour/7 day per week/365 days per year confidential and
anonymous external service to which employees and other third parties (e.g. suppliers) may make a
good faith report about actual or suspected misconduct or perceived violation regarding:
Financial reporting & accounting irregularities;
Manipulation or falsification of data, records, or contracts;
Harm to hospital property;
Conflict of interest;
Theft, embezzlement or fraud; and
Violations of laws or regulations.
