Transplant Medication Information Teaching Tool©

Welcome to the Transplant Medication Information Teaching Tool© (TMITT).

This program will assist you in learning more about your transplant medications.

During your hospital stay after transplant you will attend a Self Medication Class in which your pharmacist will review all of your new transplant medications. Before you can be discharged from the hospital you must be able to demonstrate that you can take your medications correctly.

If you are reviewing this information before attending the class you may want to make note of any questions for the pharmacist who will be leading the class.

Getting Started:
Select a medication course from the Course Menu on the left side of your screen. You will then be prompted to select the lesson you wish to review.
