Reviewing Assessment Documentation
Covered in this topic:
Reviewing from the Patient Desktop
Reviewing from the All Assessments Report
Reviewing from the Patient Desktop
Once the assessment has been completed and documented, summary details may be found on the Patient Desktop’s Patient Banner/Header or the Patient Dashboard Report.
Note: Not all assessments or assessment details are visible on the Dashboard.
Patient Banner/Header - you may either hover over the Caution Triangle or click on it for a summary box to pop up. If you clicked on the triangle, the pop-up window will show a button called Viewed to be able to document acknowledgement of your review of the information.
Patient Dashboard – the different symbols indicate the different statuses of the assessments (i.e. blue circles means documentation not completed, yellow triangles means an alert). For additional review on the icons, you may review the information in the Patient Dashboard topic.
