Counselling Sessions Include but
are not limited to:

Family and Parenting Gambling
Childcare and Eldercare Alcohol & Drugs
There is no cost to you for using the program. For Marital or other Relationships Grief
each concern you may be experiencing, a series of Personal and Emotional Health
counselling sessions is available to assist you in Stress (including job-related) Financial
working towards resolving the problem. Anxiety and Depression Legal
There may be situations where specialized or long‐
term counselling is required. In these situations the Career and Vocational
counsellor will discuss with you the appropriateness of
a referral to a professional or agency in the
community. Any fees for these services are your
responsibility. However, some of these services may
be covered by your provincial or organization's health
plan.
