How to Log on for the First Time

and Access eLearning

 You will need to have completed and submitted your UHN

New Hire Forms via the link you received by email. The

entire package and supporting documentation must be
returned before being able to move to this

step.

 Once that package is received and processed by the

Administrative Advisor in the People & Culture – Employee
Records and Payroll, you will receive an email to activate

your UHN Network Account.

Note: This Activation email is sent to you within 14 days of your

start date (not earlier)

 Your MyLearning system account will be pre-populated with

the 8 Legally Mandated Courses that you are required to
complete by the end of your first day of employment with

UHN. Your MyLearning system account may also be pre-

populated with other role/department specific courses
(e.g., Epic-related courses) that you are required to

complete prior to your first day.
