Refilling Multiple Medications

1.    In your patient’s chart, click on the Rx symbol on CPP

2.    The Treatment History screen appears, listing all of your patient’s medications

·        Medications to which the patient is allergic will appear in red at the top of the screen

3.    Click beside the medication(s) that you wish to renew

·         A dot will appear beside the drug(s) name(s)

4.    Select the Prescribe button, in the bottom right corner

·         The familiar Prescription Screen appears

Always select the more details button to expand the available fields

This will reveal any label instructions that you might like to document

·         To avoid a potential medication error select “more details”

5.     Update any prescription fields, as required
