The Family Health Team uses the icons to indicate the current status of an appointment. These functions are available when you right click on the scheduled appointment.
1. Right click on the appointment to observe the different icons used to identify the status of an appointment.
2. Select the patient’s appropriate appointment status from the menu (see Appointment Status Types chart below).

· It is important for physicians to mark if the patient was No Show or LWBS because of billing procedures
· The Right Click menu allows you to change a status such as reversing a No Show or LWBS
