Diagonal lines on an appointment box indicate an overbooking. This means more than one appointment is scheduled into the same timeslot. (It could be as many as five or six appointments)
1. To view all appointments booked in the same timeslot, click the column header above the overbooking to expand the column.
2. Click the column header again to bring the column back to normal size.
