        Non-Research Employees

   How to Log on for the
           First Time

  • Username: As a new UHN Employee, your username will
    consist of UHN and your Employee ID together.
    e.g. UHN123456.
    **Your Employee ID number can be found in the first
    paragraph of your offer letter.

  • Your initial password will be stated in your
    offer letter.

  • Your file will be populated with eight courses that are
    required to be completed before your orientation date.
