The Joint Department
of Medical Imaging
(JDMI) spans across all
four of UHNs hospitals proving imaging for the detection, diagnosis and
guided treatment of disease. The team of experts deliver excellence in
patient care, research and education.
The JDMI uses techniques such as radiation, magnetic resonance and
sonography to gather images of the body for medical purposes. Within
the JDMI there are several divisions including: abdominal imaging, breast
imaging, cardiothoracic imaging, molecular imaging, musculoskeletal
imaging, neuroradiology, vascular & intervention mapping.
