Vital Signs Trend Report

NOTE: This report and assessment is not yet offered at all sites and for all units.

This report is one method to look at the details from a patient’s vital signs assessment. These assessment details can also be found in Chart Review.

Launching the Report

1. From the Patient Desktop, Patient Shortcut menu, click Vital Signs Trend Report.

2. Choose Accept to run the report.

3. The Vital Signs Trend Report will open in a new window on your screen. Click Print to print off a paper copy. Click OK or X to close the report.
