Outstanding Dosage Report
To ensure all doses are documented on the eMAR, the Outstanding Dose Report for the unit should be printed before the end of each shift. This report will list any medication doses that have not been documented in the past 12 hours. This report is not available to all users, but only those with EPR permissions, such as Nurse Managers.
1. From the Main Desktop, Print Functions/Reports tab click on the Outstanding Dosage Report link.
2. If necessary, choose Continue Editing to make changes to Start or Stop Dates/Times or change the Current Unit. Once completed, choose Accept to print the report to the printer listed in the Print Queue field. This report does not display on screen.
3. The report will appear on screen, allowing you to scroll through to read the entire report. Or click Print for a hard copy of the report. If printing, check that the correct print name has been entered when prompted.
