Reschedule a Dose

 

1.   From the MAR, choose Reschedule.

2.   Select the medication you want to reschedule.

3.   Select the Reschedule Comment and click OK. 
If there is no option to meet the reason, you can also free-text.

4.   Enter the new time for medication to be administered.

5.   The next screen will present the Original Scheduled dose along with the rescheduled time.  Choose (A) Accept Reschedule.

6.   Review the MAR for accuracy.
