Cancel a Dose

In order to cancel a medication dose, follow the steps below:

1.   From the bottom of the MAR choose Cancel.

2.   Select the medication to cancel and click OK.

3.   Select the reason for canceling medication.

4.   Enter the date and time that the medication is to be cancelled and click OK.

5.   Choose (A) Accept Cancel of Events.

6.   The medication has been cancelled as the 0930 time no longer exists on the MAR.
