Edit Visit

A patient visit can be edited at any time, whether a visit is pending or active.

This is done from the patient desktop, under the ADT tab.

Note: The option link names will vary slightly, depending on your role.

Acute Care - found in the Admission block

Toronto Rehab - found in the Visit Processing block

After all fields requiring edits are completed, click Accept to save changes.
